Harry P Leu Gardens

Harry P Leu Gardens features approximately 50 acres of gardens with tropical plants from across the globe.

The history of Leu Gardens began in 1936 when Mr. and Mrs. Harry P. Leu purchased a home and 40 acres in what is now the heart of Orlando. The Leus traveled the globe and brought a wide variety of exotic plants home with them. In 1961 the Leus deeded the historic home and surrounding gardens to the city of Orlando.

Today, Leu Gardens is open daily to the public between 9am and 5pm with final admission at 4:30pm.  The gardens are closed on Christmas Day.  Admission is $10 for adults and $3 for children 4 and younger. On the first Monday of most months Leu Gardens offers free admission. Click here for more information and to find out when the next free admission day is scheduled.
